Payment Policy

Full-weekend or 2-day registration is payable in full or multiple payments. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration.  The remainder of the payment is due three weeks before the event.

Saturday-only registration, when space is available, will be $100 and must be paid in full.
 
The ticketing system on our website accepts PayPal and credit cards.  If you wish to pay by another method, please contact us at events@ohscrapretreats.com.

Cancellation Policy

While we understand things happen, please realize we have a commitment to the resort and are unable to issue refunds if it is less than 30 days prior to the event. With more than 30 days notice, you will be refunded all monies paid, minus the $75 deposit.  If you find you cannot attend after you have paid in full, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person or a future event. Please contact us in writing ASAP at events@ohscrapretreats.com with the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place.

If for any reason, the venue forces us to cancel the event, full refunds will be given.

Natural disasters, Acts of God, inclement weather and so forth are not grounds for a refund. If the venue is open and operational, the event will take place as planned.
