Full weekend crop registration is $225.

Full weekend crop registration for the 4 day event June 6-9 is $325​

  • Guests who attend all 4 days will receive an extra gift and breakfast Friday morning

Your hotel room is NOT included in this price.  See below for rates.

The crop room will be available 12 pm - 2 am Friday, 8 am - 2 am Saturday, and 8 am - 5 pm Sunday.  We will be in a large meeting room with 5' tables set up in pods of 4 or 6.  Please note on your registration if there are others you wish to sit with.

  • Take-a-scrap/Leave-a-scrap - Sometimes you don't need a whole sheet of paper.  Come search through our scrap bins for the perfect pieces and leave any of your own for others to take.

The Accomodations

Your hotel room is NOT included in your registration fee.  We will have a block of rooms reserved at a group rate.  Double-occupancy rooms are $139/night plus taxes and can be reserved by calling 770-487-2666 or 1-877-227-6963 and reference Group Code/Group Name OH5. Our block of rooms is only available for reservation until 4 weeks before the event which is May 13th, 2024. After that, regular hotel rates will apply.

 

The Venue

Our home for the weekend will be the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Peachtree City, GA.  Peachtree City is 30 minutes south of Atlanta, but feels like a resort getaway! 


The hotel is located at 201 Aberdeen Parkway, Peachtree City, GA 30269

Bring the family!  Peachtree City is near walking and biking trails, and other outdoor activities.
