Are children allowed? Ages 16 and up are allowed to crop with a separate paid registration. Other than

that, no children are allowed in the crop room.

What should I bring? Make sure to bring your current projects and any supplies you may need. Since electricity is available at most tables, feel free to bring your small electrical craft equipment, lamps,

phone chargers, etc. Also plan on a variety of clothing in case you are too hot or too cold. You should

also anticipate having extra money for any additional snacks, food, drinks, or items from our vendors.

Other things you might want to bring include your camera, swimsuit or other things you might want at

a resort getaway!

What should I leave home? While we personally love all kinds of crafts, the resort does not allow us to

have paint in the ballroom. So please leave all paint or anything else that is too “messy” at home.

Also, please be kind and considerate to others by limiting the use of fragrances, perfumes, deodorants,

and hairsprays. Please also remember that no smoking or vaping will be allowed inside the hotel or

ballroom.

What if I want to sit with friends? No problem! Just let us know when you register who you would like

to sit with and we'll add it to the seating arrangement. Please note that tables are arranged in groups of

4, so if there are more than 4 people you would like to sit with, they will be at an adjacent set of tables.

Will it be awkward if I come alone? No! The size of this crop is big enough where you don't feel like you're intruding on a group of people who all know each other, but small enough where you can make new friends if you choose to do so.  If you want to put in your headphones and work by yourself all weekend, you can do that too!

What if I have special needs? Please let us know as soon as possible if you have a physical limitation

or food allergy that needs to be addressed ahead of time and we will be happy to work with you.
